– a leading derma cosmetics brand in Bangladesh – is looking for a dynamic
Pharmacist
to join our Chittagong division sales team. This role is designed for someone who wants to combine scientific expertise with sales growth in one of the country's most important markets.

Job Responsibilities

• Achieve unit sales targets of
  The Remedist's star brands
  in Chittagong.
• Build credibility with key dermatologists and provide
  scientific support
  during calls, CMEs, and workshops.
• Strengthen relationships with
  hospital pharmacies and retail chains
  ; ensure formulary listings and product visibility.
• Train and mentor MPOs on product science; support them in field visits.
• Share
  market insights
  on competitor activity, doctor feedback, and opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm) / Master of Pharmacy (M. Pharm)
  .
• Minimum
  1 year of experience in pharmaceutical marketing
  .
• Strong communication and scientific presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with sales teams and engage with doctors confidently.

Compensation

• BDT 25,000 – 30,000 per month
  (based on experience).
• Additional incentives based on performance.
