Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Application Specialist. The Application Specialist will be responsible for providing application support, troubleshooting technical issues, delivering technical and operational assistance, and ensuring optimal system performance. The role includes regular interaction with clients to offer guidance, resolve concerns, and provide insights into the implementation and functionality of healthcare technology solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and ability to assess and interpret technical data effectively
  • Proficiency in Application Support, including hands-on experience working with healthcare technology systems
  • Expertise in Troubleshooting and problem resolution methodologies
  • Excellent Communication skills and a customer-focused approach to collaboration and support
  • Knowledge of Technical Support processes and the ability to guide users through solutions
  • Proficiency in relevant software or healthcare technology would be an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Technology, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
