Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Merchandiser, based in Chattogram, Bangladesh. The Senior Merchandiser will be responsible for overseeing merchandising operations, managing product selection and procurement, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery to clients. Additional responsibilities include liaising with clients to understand their requirements, coordinating with vendors and suppliers, analyzing market trends, and assisting in achieving sales and business growth targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience in Retail and Sales management, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Proficiency in Marketing strategies and an understanding of market trends to drive effective merchandising decisions.
• Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
