We're Hiring 2 Junior Video Editors

We are looking for a few
talented and enthusiastic Junior Video Editors
 to join our growing creative team. In this role, you will assist the editing and production of high-quality video content of our World-class WordPress plugins for multiple platforms, including 
YouTube, TikTok, and more
.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in editing video tutorials, promo videos, and feature overview videos for our WordPress plugins.
  • Work closely with the Senior Video Content Creator to produce edits based on scripts, raw footage, and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to ensure videos are clear, engaging, and aligned with project objectives.
  • Add animations, transitions, captions, and effects to enhance video quality and viewer engagement.
  • Assist in recording voice-overs or syncing audio with video content when needed.
  • Organize and manage project files, media assets, and backups.
  • Stay updated with video editing trends, AI voice-over tools, and modern storytelling techniques.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong understanding of video editing principles and techniques
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
  • Basic understanding of color correction, sound design, and creating smooth transitions
  • Familiarity with common video formats, codecs, resolutions, and export settings
  • Passion for video editing, cinematography, and creative storytelling for WordPress plugins
  • Experience with AI-based voice-over tools (e.g., ElevenLabs, Descript, etc.) is a plus
  • Detail-oriented, creative, and able to follow instructions and feedback effectively.

WORKING DAYS:

  • Weekly, 
    5 days
    . Monday to Friday. 09 AM to 06 PM.

SALARY:

  • Salary range:
    BDT 10,000-20,000
    (Depending on skill and knowledge).

JOB LOCATION:

  • Brahmanbaria (Swiss City, Kawtoli).
  • This position does not offer remote work options; it is an on-site job.
