Golang Developer (Senior and Mid)

Position Overview

:

We are looking for a skilled Golang Developer experience to design, implement, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and distributed software solutions.

As a Golang Developer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop fast, efficient backend services and modern frontend interfaces.

The ideal candidate is passionate about building low-latency, concurrent systems, and is motivated to continuously explore emerging tools, technologies, and best practices in the Go ecosystem.

Experience:
2-4 years (Mid) & 4+ years (Senior)

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications using Golang (Gin, Echo, or Fiber) for the backend and JavaScript for the frontend.
• Build fast, interactive web interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, , or similar).
• Develop scalable, efficient microservices and RESTful APIs with Go's concurrency patterns.
• Write clean, idiomatic, and well-documented Go code following Golang best practices.
• System Architecture
• Contribute to building low-latency, high-concurrency, and distributed systems using Golang.
• Design lightweight microservices for handling large-scale traffic efficiently.
• Optimize Go-based applications for maximum performance and minimal memory usage.
• Collaboration & Code Review
• Participate in Golang-focused code reviews ensuring code efficiency and scalability.
• Work closely with DevOps teams to containerize and deploy Go services using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Mentor junior developers in Golang-specific development approaches.
• Troubleshooting and Optimization
• Debug production and development issues using Go profiling tools.
• Optimize network-heavy applications and improve backend processing speed.
• Troubleshoot concurrency and memory management issues in Go applications.
• Documentation and Communication
• Maintain Go service documentation, API references, and internal Go libraries.
• Participate in agile/scrum meetings and provide detailed updates on Go service development.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar from reputed public and private universities.
• Technical Qualifications:
• Strong hands-on experience with Golang and frameworks like Gin, Echo, or Fiber.
• Proficient in JavaScript and modern frontend technologies (React, Vue, or similar).
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design, microservices, and backend/frontend integration.
• Experience working with relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
• Solid grasp of Go routines, channels, and concurrency handling.
• Familiarity with Git, collaborative workflows, and Go testing tools.
• Additional Requirements:
• Experience building event-driven systems, real-time applications, or streaming services using Go.
• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures on AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Exposure to Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD tailored for Go services.
• Understanding of Go security best practices and performance tuning.
• Working knowledge of Agile tools (Jira, Confluence).
