About Us
We are building an AI-powered assistant to support engineers in their workflows. Our focus is on improving the accuracy and reliability of GPT-based systems, and we are looking for a Prompt Engineer to join our team.
Key responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize prompts for GPT and other LLMs to ensure accurate, reliable outputs.
- Build structured workflows around GPT (e.g., chain of prompts, verification layers).
- Collaborate with civil/structural engineers to translate domain knowledge into effective prompts and AI behaviors.
- Integrate the AI into task-specific pipelines (document summarization, code interpretation, compliance checking, etc.).
- Explore tools like LangChain, AutoGen, or other agent frameworks to make the model act more like an AI agent rather than a static chatbot.
- Continuously monitor errors and design solutions to reduce hallucinations or inaccuracies.
Qualifications
- Strong experience working with GPT (OpenAI API), LangChain, or similar LLM frameworks.
- Proven ability to design and refine prompts for accuracy, efficiency, and consistency.
- Understanding of NLP fundamentals and AI best practices.
- Experience in workflow automation, RAG (retrieval-augmented generation), or orchestration tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills — ability to bridge between technical and non-technical teams.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma) for knowledge integration.
- Hands-on experience with agentic AI systems or experimental LLM applications.
What We Offer
- Flexibility in remote work.
- Possibility to transition into a long-term role as the company grows.
