Data Entry Operator

Job Description / Responsibility

Data Entry Executive
is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company systems and databases. The role requires strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to handle efficiently within deadlines.

  • Operating Tally Khata / Tally Accounting Software.
  • Daily data entry work with high accuracy.
  • Properly maintaining all office documents, files, and records.
  • Data sorting, updating, archiving, and tracking.
  • Entering and preserving payment vouchers, bills, challans, receipts, and related documents.
  • Preparing various reports and providing necessary support to management.
  • Assisting with administrative and clerical tasks.
  • Financial Banking Management System to be perform.
  • Any Other official works assigned by the authority as on when required

Educational Requirements

  • HSC
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Skills Required: Data Entry (Both English & Bengali), MS Office, COMPUTER OFFICE MANAGEMENT, MSWord, MS Excel

Experience Requirements

  • 3 to 5 year(s)
