Role Description

We are seeking a motivated Affiliate Manager for a full-time, on-site position located in Naogaon District. The Affiliate Manager will oversee affiliate relationships, monitor and optimize campaigns, negotiate partnership terms, and drive affiliate sales growth. The role involves daily communication with affiliates, analyzing performance metrics, implementing strategies to improve conversions, and working closely with the marketing team to expand the partner network.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Affiliate Management and Account Management
• Excellent Communication and Sales skills to establish and maintain partnerships
• Proficient understanding of Online Marketing strategies and tools
• Analytical thinking and ability to interpret performance data effectively
• Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills
• Prior experience in the affiliate marketing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
