Junior Copywriter

Overview:
The Junior Copywriter will support the creation of clear, engaging content across digital and print platforms. They will assist with developing social media copy, documentation, scripts, and campaign materials while learning to maintain brand voice and consistency. This role works closely with senior writers and cross-functional teams, contributes to research and proofreading, and helps coordinate content for projects and events.
Qualifications:
‣Bachelor's degree in communications, mass media, journalism, literature, English, or any other relevant field.
‣Minimum 1 year of professional writing or content creation experience preferred (internships acceptable).
‣Strong writing, editing, and proofreading ability.
Familiarity with social media platforms and content trends.
‣Ability to adapt tone and messaging to different audiences.
‣Good communication and time management skills.
‣Basic understanding of branding and campaign messaging.
‣Willingness to learn, get feedback, and grow within the role.
Key Responsibilities:
‣Write clear, engaging copy for digital and print materials.
‣Support the development of social media posts, captions, and messaging.
‣Assist in creating scripts for videos, training modules, and presentations.
‣Help prepare documentation, briefs, and internal/external reports.
‣Proofread and edit copy to maintain accuracy, tone, and consistency.
‣Conduct basic research to support content development.
‣Collaborate with senior writers, designers, and other project teams.
‣Contribute to campaign and event support tasks.
‣Maintain organized records of drafts, revisions, and approvals.
‣Learn and apply feedback to improve writing quality and speed.
Required Skills:
‣Exposure to translation/localization workflows.
‣Basic design sense or familiarity with tools like Illustrator and Photoshop.
‣Ability to interpret creative briefs and turn them into copy concepts.
