Junior Officer / Officer - HR Admin & Compliance

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Be responsible for overall HR & Compliance related activities of the factory.
  • Conduct different certification audits (BSCI, GRS, RCS, OEKO-TEX, FSC & others).
  • Prepare relevant reports and routinely correspondence with buyers and various compliance monitoring agencies as needed.
  • Follow up and ensure availability of all types of necessary documents which are related with all kind of audit and HR related work.

Educational Requirements

  • Masters

  • 2 to 4 year(s)
