Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Hostess for our on-site location in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Hostess will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Day-to-day tasks include welcoming guests, answering phone calls, managing the reservation system, and coordinating with the kitchen and waitstaff. The Hostess will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area and resolving any guest issues or concerns.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and excellent Communication abilities
• Experience in Customer Service and providing high-quality guest interactions
• Proficiency in handling Reservations and Phone Etiquette
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
