As an assistant in Order Mangement (CFS Operations), you will ensure the smooth and accurate movement of freight and information while delivering exceptional customer service.  This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate across teams to keep operations running seamlessly.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting shipment process flow and ensuring standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed.
• Entering and monitoring shipment data to maintain customer satisfaction
• Assisting the Supervisor with workload allocation, KPIs, and reporting
• Building strong customer relationships and responding to inquiries
• Supporting invoicing and productivity tools within the team
• Promoting a positive and collaborative team culture

• 2+ years of industry experience (logistics background preferred)
• Knowledge of Expeditors policies, services and systems (preferred)
• Strong computer skills (MS Office:  Excel, Word, etc)
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and time management
• Team player with initiative, problem-solving mindset, and leadership potential
