Cinematographer

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative
Cinematographer
to bring our visual storytelling to life. The ideal candidate has a strong artistic vision, technical expertise, and experience working with directors, producers, and creative teams to capture compelling visuals that align with the project's mood, tone, and message.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the director and creative team to understand the visual style and narrative of the project.
• Plan, set up, and execute all aspects of camera work, lighting, and framing.
• Select and operate appropriate cameras, lenses, rigs, and equipment to achieve desired effects.
• Supervise the lighting team to create the right atmosphere, mood, and consistency.
• Ensure high-quality footage while maintaining efficiency during shoots.
• Solve technical and creative challenges on set in real-time.
• Stay updated with the latest filming techniques, equipment, and industry trends.
• Manage camera crew and ensure smooth coordination during production.
• Maintain proper file handling, backups, and delivery of raw footage.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a cinematographer, director of photography, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative vision and technical ability.
• In-depth knowledge of cameras (DSLR, cinema cameras, drones, gimbals, etc.), lighting, and lensing.
• Ability to create cinematic visuals within different budgets and timelines.
• Strong understanding of framing, composition, and color theory.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work on-location and adapt to changing conditions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with both short-form (ads, social media, music videos) and long-form (films, documentaries, branded content) projects.
• Knowledge of post-production workflows (color grading, editing formats).
• Drone operation license (if applicable).
