Admin cum Accounts Assistant (Trainee)

Job Description / Responsibility
- Assist in maintaining daily office administration work
- Support accounts team in data entry of bills, vouchers, and expenses
- Help prepare payment, receipt, and journal vouchers
- Maintain files and records (hard copy & soft copy)
- Assist in cash handling and petty cash record keeping
- Support attendance, leave, and basic HR documentation
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office needs
- Assist in bank-related tasks (deposit, statement collection, etc.)
- Help prepare simple reports using MS Excel
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of invoices and bills
- Maintain office supplies and stationery records
- Perform any other administrative tasks assigned by supervisor
Office Time:
9 to 6
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
- Skills Required: Accounting
Experience Requirements
- At least 1 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Hotel
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
- Basic accounting practices
- Office administration procedures
- Practical use of Excel and accounting software
- Understanding VAT & Tax basics (BD context).
