Job Description / Responsibility

  • Assist in maintaining daily office administration work
  • Support accounts team in data entry of bills, vouchers, and expenses
  • Help prepare payment, receipt, and journal vouchers
  • Maintain files and records (hard copy & soft copy)
  • Assist in cash handling and petty cash record keeping
  • Support attendance, leave, and basic HR documentation
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office needs
  • Assist in bank-related tasks (deposit, statement collection, etc.)
  • Help prepare simple reports using MS Excel
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of invoices and bills
  • Maintain office supplies and stationery records
  • Perform any other administrative tasks assigned by supervisor

Office Time:
9 to 6

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
  • Skills Required: Accounting

Experience Requirements

  • At least 1 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Hotel
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

  • Basic accounting practices
  • Office administration procedures
  • Practical use of Excel and accounting software
  • Understanding VAT & Tax basics (BD context).
