Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Cold Calling Specialist focusing on a Janitorial Campaign. The Cold Calling Specialist will be responsible for initiating and conducting outbound calls to potential clients, introducing the company's services, and identifying potential sales opportunities. They will track and document customer responses, maintain customer interaction records, and work towards meeting set targets and metrics. Additionally, building and maintaining strong customer relationships will be a critical part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences
  • Experience in outbound calling, lead generation, or customer service
  • Persistence and resilience, with the ability to handle objections and challenges professionally
  • Result-driven mindset with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with CRM software, spreadsheets, and email tools
  • Previous experience in sales or janitorial services is preferred but not mandatory
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt in a remote work environment
