Job Context:

TechnoNext is seeking a skilled Senior AI/ML Software Engineer with a robust background in data science and engineering, particularly in NLP and tabular data. Key Accountabilities:

  • Design and develop AI services in NLP and tabular data.
  • Conduct data analysis, feature engineering, and model development on large-scale datasets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI solutions.
  • Optimize and fine-tune machine learning models to improve accuracy and performance.
  • Validate and evaluate machine learning models using appropriate metrics and statistical methods.
  • Develop and maintain data infrastructure and tools to support data processing workflows.
  • Ensure the scalability and robustness of machine learning solutions in production environments.
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements and best practices in the field.
  • Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and visualizations.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in model development and deployment.

Required Expertise and Competencies:

Technical:

  • 4-6 years of professional experience in AI/ML and data science, focusing on NLP or tabular data-related projects.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or Java.
  • Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills for handling complex data challenges.
  • Fundamental understanding of deep learning models and architectures (e.g., RNN, CNN, attention mechanisms, transformers).
  • Proficiency in relevant libraries (e.g., NLTK, spaCy, Transformers, NvTabular) and machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
  • Experience with data preprocessing, augmentation, and quality assurance.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with GenAI development (e.g., Llamaindex, Langchain, Prompt Engineering, Vector Databases).
  • Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases, as well as cloud-based data storage systems.
