Growth Hacker

GameBD is a growing gaming company, and we're looking for a hands-on Growth Hacker who can drive social media growth through creative videos, animations, and smart growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute growth strategies for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, etc.)
• Create engaging videos, short-form content, and animation videos for organic and paid growth
• Grow followers, engagement, reach, and conversions across social channels
• Run growth experiments, A/B tests, and content iterations
• Analyze performance using analytics tools and optimize based on data
• Stay updated on social media, video, and gaming trends
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Growth Hacking / Digital Marketing / Social Media Growth
• Strong hands-on experience in video creation & animation video production
• Proven experience in growing social media accounts organically and/or via paid campaigns
• Understanding of growth funnels, engagement metrics, and performance tracking
• Experience with tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, Blender, or similar
• Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Nice to Have

• Experience in gaming, apps, or tech startups
• Knowledge of paid social ads (Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube)
• Motion graphics or meme-based growth experience
