We are hiring a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead day-to-day execution and coordinated delivery across multiple AI and software programs.

Role Overview

The TPM will orchestrate delivery across several AI engineering initiatives — including conversational agents, workflow automation, document search/RAG systems, voice-AI, microservices, and agent-driven pipelines.

The role works closely with:

• CTO — to translate technical scope, architecture, and discovery outputs
• VP, Program & Delivery — to ensure governance, velocity, and client alignment
• Engineering & AI Leads — to drive clarity, quality, and predictable execution

This is a deeply technical program leadership role requiring excellent organization, cross-team coordination, and the ability to turn AI requirements into structured execution plans.

Key Responsibilities

1. Program Leadership & Delivery Execution

• Own day-to-day delivery across multiple parallel engineering workstreams.
• Translate discovery outcomes into sprint plans, milestones, and execution tracks.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across AI/ML, backend, front-end, DevOps, and QA.
• Ensure delivery accuracy, scope alignment, risk management, and predictable outcomes.

2. Technical Understanding & Execution Planning

• Understand and articulate technical components involving:
• LLM workflows, structured prompting, and tool/agent orchestration
• Python backend development and FastAPI microservices
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) / document intelligence pipelines
• Speech/voice automation and multimodal inputs
• API integration and secure data exchange in healthcare and enterprise contexts
• Break down complex AI features into clear engineering tasks with estimates and dependencies.

3. Stakeholder & Client Management

• Serve as primary client-side delivery contact for US-based product, engineering, and ops teams.
• Prepare weekly status reports, roadmaps, and risk assessments.
• Run demos, requirement walkthroughs, alignment meetings, and sprint reviews.

4. Process, Governance & Documentation

• Own sprint ceremonies, backlog hygiene, release planning, and delivery governance.
• Maintain Jira boards, Confluence specs, Git workflows, and technical documentation.
• Ensure HIPAA-ready or enterprise-grade compliance depending on client domain.
• Uphold secure engineering practices and auditability across PODs.

5. Resource & Cross-Team Coordination

• Work with VP Delivery to manage capacity, resourcing, and pod assignment.
• Support onboarding of new engineers and PMs into the Ajentica delivery model.
• Monitor dependencies across pods and proactively unblock teams.

RequirementsExperience

• Overall 10+ years of hands-on experience in software development across enterprise-scale systems and platforms.
• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Software Delivery Leadership, or similar roles.
• 3+ years working within AI/ML, cloud engineering, or healthcare technology solutions.
• Proven experience delivering multi-team, multi-project programs within fast-moving environments.

Technical Competencies

Strong understanding of:

• Python + microservice architectures
• LLM-based systems, agents, function calling
• RAG and search pipelines
• Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• API integration and DevOps/CI/CD

Ability to read/interpret architecture diagrams and translate complexity into actionable plans.

Delivery & Leadership Skills

• Deep experience with Agile/Scrum and structured delivery operations.
• Strong risk management, dependency tracking, and roadmap planning skills.
• Excellent communication, clarity, and structured thinking.
