Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing factory compliance and discipline and act as the "Welfare Officer" in accordance with the Bangladesh Labor Act 2006.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with ISO 22000:2015 and ISO 9001:2015 standards and maintain all HR-related documentation.
• Assist in establishing and maintaining a congenial work environment, emphasizing strong employee relations practices.
• Assist in all types of factory recruitment in line with company procedures.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and job confirmation processes and maintain a database of new joiners.
• Assist in preparing the training calendar based on business needs.
• Arrange and facilitate training programs for new employees.
• Develop and maintain liaison with relevant stakeholders for talent sourcing.
• Assist the HR Manager in various HR processes, including headcount budgeting, manpower planning, and departmental coordination.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Minimum Graduation in any discipline from a reputed public university.

Experience Requirements

• At least 1 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• Manufacturing (FMCG)

Additional Requirements

• Proficient in using the MS Office platform.
