As a Software Engineer (Flutter) at Nagorik Technologies Ltd, you will be a key contributor to designing and developing high-quality, scalable mobile applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences across both Android and iOS platforms. We're looking for a developer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Flutter, who can combine technical expertise with creativity in bringing our projects to life.

##Key Responsibilities
Design and develop advanced mobile applications using Flutter.

Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to ensure smooth, scalable app development.

Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Work with the team to define app features and functionality.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

Troubleshoot and debug existing mobile applications to enhance performance and resolve issues.

Stay updated with the latest Flutter updates and industry trends to implement best practices in app development.

Assist with the planning, testing, and deployment of new app features.

##Qualifications
2+ years of experience in mobile development using Flutter.

Proficiency in Dart and the Flutter framework.

Strong experience with state management solutions like GetX, Provider, Bloc, etc.

Experience with Method Channels to connect Flutter with native Android and iOS.

Solid understanding of architectural patterns including MVC, MVVM, and Clean Architecture.

Experience integrating payment gateway solutions into mobile applications.

Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles.

Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and API integration.

Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git).

Experience with Firebase, SQLite, and other mobile development tools.

Experience in deploying applications to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Ability to write clean, maintainable code and follow coding standards.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

A proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and frameworks.
