Deputy Manager (Production)

Job Description / Responsibility

• Analyzing the production guideline and implementing it.
• Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule.
• Assist to the Production Manager (PM) in all operation and production related aspects of the factory.
• Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality
• Following the delivery schedule and ensuring the production as per delivery order in time.
• Ensuring that the production is cost effective.
• Ensure efficient use of resources.
• Drafting a timescale for the job.
• Being responsible for the maintenance of equipment.
• Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programs to ensure quality of the products.
• Ensuring the health and safety guidelines are followed.
• Arranging manpower, monitoring & counseling them.
• Making a good production team.
• To liaise and work with relevant departments and provide information to support the decision making process.
• Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by PM & management.
• Responsible for reporting to superior.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production

Experience Requirements

• 7 to 10 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Minimum 7-10 years' experience in SS pipes manufacturing Industries.
• Should have the ability and affordability to work at factory level.
• Good leadership, execution skill, challenges encountering attitude and ability to manage.
• Should have good managerial capability, responsibilities and positive attitude in all aspect.
