Job Description / Responsibility

Divino Marketing Agency is entering a phase of rapid growth. We are looking for a proactive
Manager
to act as the operational heartbeat of our Bogura office.

We have a diverse team comprising Senior Developers, Graphic Designers, Frontend Interns, and Office Assistants. We don't just need a supervisor; we need a leader who can bridge the gap between creative and technical departments, manage client expectations, and build a culture of discipline and high performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Orchestrate Operations:
  Manage daily workflows between Graphic Designers, Developers, and Support staff to ensure deadlines are met without excuses.
• Foster Discipline:
  Instill a culture of punctuality and accountability, managing team attendance and leave requests professionally.
• Client Management:
  Communicate professionally with clients to understand requirements and translate them clearly to the technical/creative teams.
• Reporting:
  Monitor project progress, remove blockers, and provide transparent updates to the Managing Director.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor/Honors
• Skills Required: Project Management, Office Management, MS Office, Human Resource Management, Management, Digital Marketing (Social Media Marketing), Client Relationship Management, Team Management and leadership, Good English communication skills (verbal and Written), Time Management and Organization

Experience Requirements

• At least 2 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency,Design/Printing/Publishing,Software Company,IT Enabled Service,Development Agency,Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company,Advertising Technology (AdTech) Startup

Additional Requirements

• Tech-Savvy Leadership:
  Proficiency with modern project management tools (e.g., Trello, ClickUp, Notion, or Asana) is highly preferred to track team progress.
• Agency Awareness:
  A basic understanding of the Web Development Life Cycle or Creative Design workflows is required to set realistic deadlines for the team.
• Business English:
  Must have advanced Business Writing skills to draft professional emails and proposals for international clients (not just conversational English).
• Problem Solving:
  Proven ability to bridge the communication gap between technical developers and creative designers.
• Work Ethic:
  We are looking for a "Doer" who leads by example, not just a supervisor who sits at a desk. Must be able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Computer Literacy
  : Excellent command of MS Office (Excel/Word) and Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets) is mandatory.
• Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a management, team lead, or coordination role.
• Fluent English (Speaking & Writing) is non-negotiable for client communication.
• Strong organizational skills—you must be honest, disciplined, and a fast learner.
• Ability to balance a friendly team environment with professional authority.
