We are seeking a hands-on
Technical Lead

to guide our Android/iOS development team and ensure high-quality code delivery. The ideal candidate is an experienced Android developer (Kotlin + Jetpack Compose) and backend systems (Ktor/Node/Python). The ideal candidate will play a dual role,
coding (70%)

and
leading (30%)

to ensure that product requirements are translated into scalable, reliable, and user-friendly applications.

Salary:

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical direction of Android & cross-platform (KMP) projects.
  • Build and maintain mobile apps using Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and KMP.
  • Collaborate with Product Manager and Designers to deliver features.
  • Guide and mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.
  • Work on backend APIs (Ktor/Node/Python) when needed to support app features.
  • Ensure app quality, stability, and timely delivery of product milestones.
  • Participate in technical hiring and onboarding of new engineers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of professional experience in Android development.
  • Strong expertise in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and KMP.
  • Hands-on experience integrating apps with REST APIs, Firebase, and third-party SDKs.
  • Familiarity with backend frameworks (Ktor/Node/Python) and cloud deployment.
  • Previous experience in leading a development team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, proactive mindset, and ownership mentality.
