Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including social media, email, SEO/SEM, and content marketing.
  • Promote and sell custom software, websites, and mobile app development services.
  • Manage and grow social media platforms with engaging, brand-aligned content.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on digital campaign performance to optimize ROI and drive business objectives.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop creative marketing assets.
  • Stay updated with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Contribute to the overall marketing strategy and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
