Role Description

We are seeking a full-time IELTS/PTE/TOEFL Instructor for our on-site location in Dhaka. The instructor will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lessons to prepare students for their IELTS, PTE, or TOEFL examinations. Key responsibilities include assessing students' performance, providing feedback, customizing teaching strategies based on individual learning needs, and staying updated on exam trends and testing formats to ensure effective instruction. The instructor will also assist with curriculum development and help inspire students to achieve their language proficiency goals to support their international education journey.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in IELTS, PTE, and TOEFL exam preparation, including in-depth understanding of test formats and scoring techniques.
  • Strong English language skills in reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
  • Experience in lesson planning, curriculum development, and classroom management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate students.
  • Ability to assess individual learning needs and tailor instructions accordingly.
  • Proficiency in providing constructive feedback to help students improve.
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field. Certification in TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA is a plus.
  • Prior experience in teaching IELTS, PTE, or TOEFL to diverse groups is highly desirable.
