Executive / Sr. Executive (Sales & Marketing)
Job Description / Responsibility
- Find New Clients:
Visit new building projects and corporate offices to find potential customers for interior design and furniture. - Client Visits:
Meet clients directly, explain our services, and show them our portfolio. - Assist the Manager:
Help the Sales Manager in preparing sales plans and attending client meetings. - Prepare Quotations:
Make price quotations and project proposals for clients as per their requirements. - Follow-up:
Regularly communicate with clients to convince them and close the deal. - Reporting:
Maintain a daily work log and submit sales reports to the Manager. - Customer Service:
Build good relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and get future references.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management
- Sales Training:
Basic Training on Sales & Marketing. - Customer Service:
Training on Client Handling or Customer Relationship Management. - Computer Training:
Training on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Skills Required: Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Interior Design, lead generation, Corporate Sales, Client Relationship Management, Microsoft Excel, Furniture Sales, Communication and Negotiation Skill
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 3 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Furniture,Interior Design
Additional Requirements
- Must be energetic and willing to visit clients outside the office (Field Work).
- Good communication skills in both Bangla and English.
- Computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Emailing).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly sales targets.
