is looking for
Sr. Manager/Manager - Eye Hospital
Job Description / Responsibility
- Oversee overall day-to-day operations of the eye hospital to ensure smooth clinical and administrative services.
- Coordinate with ophthalmologists, optometrists, nurses, and support staff to maintain quality patient care.
- Supervise OPD, OT, diagnostics, optical shop, pharmacy, and front desk operations.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, healthcare regulations, and ethical standards.
- Manage manpower planning, duty rosters, staff performance, and discipline.
- Monitor patient flow, service quality, and patient satisfaction indicators.
- Handle patient complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Oversee billing, cash handling, discounts, and coordination with accounts department.
- Manage inventory, equipment utilization, and liaison with procurement/vendors.
- Prepare operational reports and submit them to management regularly.
- Assist management in strategic planning and hospital expansion initiatives.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor's degree in Hospital Management, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in an eye hospital or specialized healthcare facility will be an added advantage.
