Position :  Marketing Executive

Company : Pristine

Salary: 18k-25k

Days: Saturday–Thursday | Hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM

Location: Mirpur DOHS

Key Responsibilities:

-Plan & execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns

-Plan and execute photoshoots for social media contents

-Conduct market research & analyze trends

-Handle the internal team and collaborate cross-functional teams

-Monitor campaign performance & optimize results

-Maintain social media feed

Requirements:

-Private University Graduates

-Bachelor's in Marketing/Business

-Minimum 1 year proven experience in digital marketing of similar role (NOT FIELD SALES/MARKETING)

-Strong communication, leadership & analytical skills

-Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms

Position Overview:

Looking for a goal driven, visionary and innovative candidate to develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our brand, drive growth, and expand our market reach by working in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and website to increase brand awareness and market presence.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Conduct product and target market research to drive sales.
  • Create compelling contents for website, social media, press releases, and promotional materials.
  • Manage social media platforms of the company.
  • Collaborate with influencers and other brands to expand customer base.
  • Conduct and coordinate product photoshoots.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in marketing efforts with overall company goals.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Proven experience in digital marketing (Not field/sales marketing of E-commerce or Lifestyle brands with a strong track record of successful campaign management and brand promotion.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Strong project management and organisational abilities
