Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sr. Executive, Business Development based in Dhaka.
The Sr. Executive will play a key role in identifying and nurturing new business opportunities through lead generation and strategic outreach.
The individual will manage client accounts, maintain strong communication with stakeholders, and contribute to the overall business growth objectives of the organization.
The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that align with client needs and market trends.
Required Skills:
Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and secure potential opportunities
Strong aptitude in Account Management and client relationship handling
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skill
Understanding of Business strategies and market development practices
Self-motivated with an ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment
Educational Qualifications & Experiences:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
English Medium/English Version background candidates preferrable.
2-3 years of job experience in business development roles in a Software Company/BPO company.
