𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Develop and implement brand marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and recognition.

• Plan and execute social media content calendars across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Write engaging captions, campaign copies, and promotional posts aligned with brand tone and identity.

• Coordinate with design and creative teams to produce visual content (banners, videos, reels, etc.).

• Monitor social media performance and engagement, providing regular insights and reports.

• Support event marketing, partnerships, and promotional campaigns.

• Research market and competitor activities to recommend innovative digital marketing ideas.

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in brand marketing, social media management, or digital promotion.

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital trends, and audience engagement techniques.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bangla.

• Creativity, adaptability, and a positive, collaborative attitude.

• Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools will be an added advantage.
