We're hiring a Mid to Senior Software Engineer to join our IoT-based startup. Bangladesh's Smartest Digital Security Guard. If you love solving real-world problems with code and want to take product ownership, this role is for you.

  • Tech Stack You'll Work With
  • Backend: Python, Django, REST APIs
  • Frontend: React, (bonus)
  • Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Jenkins, Docker, Terraform
  • IoT & Messaging: MQTT, WebSockets, real-time systems
  • AI/ML: Passion for research & implementation

What You'll Do

  • Take ownership of features from idea → design → deployment
  • Handle production issues with a problem-solver's mindset
  • Lead project management and guide the team towards milestones
  • Drive R&D for AI/ML integrations and smarter IoT workflows
  • Build scalable systems for real-time security monitoring

Experience Requirements

  • At least 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • IT Enabled Service,Security Service,Fire Fighting and Safety,Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup

Additional Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Django, React, AWS
  • Proven ability to handle production challenges under pressure
  • Passion for IoT and AI/ML innovations
  • Experience or interest in project management & vision setting
  • Startup mindset: proactive, adaptable, and impact-driven
