Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context:

  • Hamza Laboratories (Unani) Prepares best Quality natural medicine & provides Natural Healthcare solution. We are serving people in Bangladesh since 2016. The organization acts as a catalyst, creating opportunities for people to transform their lives. The Hamza team is composed of a group of highly qualified, trained & skilled professionals including pharmacist, chemists, microbiologists, engineers, doctors etc.

Job Responsibilities.

  • Create market demand of products leading team members systematically using company policy and guideline.
  • Gather products knowledge and learn team members to promote to the doctors as specialist of products.
  • Capable to implement company policy and strategy to the market by leading team members.
  • To take responsibility to achieve sales targets both in quantity and value.
  • Responsible for overall planning, promotion and sales activities for your own and team members
  • Regular market visit, find out developing area of team members train, coach and motivate them for working systematically.
  • Build your team members as self-motivated, self-starter and high-energy team player

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Skills Required: Leadership, Selling skill

Experience Requirements

  • At least 2 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies,Herbal Medicine

Additional Requirements

  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing (Pharmaceutical Products)
  • Excellent communication and Interpersonal skill.
  • Should be honest and sincere.
