Position: Executive, Visual & Product Design

Company: Renix Unani Laboratories Ltd.

Work Days: 6 Days a Week

Office Time: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: Negotiable

About the Role

Renix Unani Laboratories Ltd. is expanding its creative and product innovation team. We are looking for a skilled, detail-oriented, and creative Executive, Visual & Product Design who will be responsible for designing visual assets, product packaging, branding elements, and ensuring consistent brand identity across all communication channels.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about design, modern aesthetics, product visualization, and storytelling through visuals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Product Design & Visualization

Design creative and market-friendly product packaging for Unani, herbal, and wellness products.

Develop 2D and 3D product mockups, label designs, bottle designs, and visual product concepts.

Collaborate with R&D and Marketing teams to ensure accurate representation of product benefits and brand identity.

  1. Branding & Creative Assets

Create and update brand identity elements including logos, color palettes, typography, and visual guidelines.

Produce high-quality visual assets for digital and print, such as brochures, banners, catalogues, and POSM materials.

Maintain visual consistency across all creative outputs.

  1. Digital & Social Media Visuals

Design social media creatives, campaign visuals, and advertising materials (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).

Work closely with the Content & Marketing teams for daily visual requirements.

Assist with OVC/TVC visual elements and storyboard planning.

  1. Photography & Videography Support

Support product photography, styling, and composition.

Collaborate with the video production team for thumbnail design, motion graphics, and on-screen visual elements.

  1. Cross-Team Collaboration

Work closely with Marketing, Product Development, Digital Strategy, and Creative Teams.

Ensure timely delivery of all designs with high attention to detail and quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or related field.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), Figma, or equivalent tools.

Experience in product packaging, label design, mockup creation, and brand design.

Strong sense of aesthetics, layout, typography, and color theory.
