Showroom In-Charge (Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager)

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Lead overall showroom operations, including sales, administration, and inventory management.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets for 2W (Electric Scooters) and 3W (Electric Rickshaws).
  • Manage showroom income & expenditure and ensure profitability.
  • Supervise and guide the showroom team (Sales Associates, Service Executive, Technician, Sales).
  • Maintain inventory records of vehicles, spare parts, and accessories.
  • Ensure proper display, branding, and customer experience inside the showroom.
  • Coordinate after-sales service, warranty issues, and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit monthly sales, income, and expense reports to Head Office.
  • Plan and execute showroom-level promotional activities.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Masters

Experience Requirements

  • 3 to 5 year(s)
