Management Trainee Officer (MTO) - Production & Operations

Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context:
We are a Textile Dyeing and Printing factory looking for energetic, honest, and ambitious fresh graduates to join our team. This is a
training and grooming role
. Selected candidates will undergo a structured rotation across different departments (Dyeing, Printing, Finishing, and Store) to learn the factory operations from the ground up. Successful candidates will be promoted to Executive roles upon completion of the probation period.

Job Responsibilities

• Rotational Learning:
  Work in different departments (Dyeing, Printing, Finishing, Lab, and Admin) on a rotational basis to understand the total factory workflow.
• Production Monitoring:
  Assist floor managers in tracking daily production targets and minimizing wastage.
• Data Management:
  Collect production data, update floor sheets, and prepare daily Excel reports for the management.
• Implementation:
  Help the management implement new factory rules, safety standards, and reorganization plans.
• Manpower Handling:
  Learn how to supervise workers and manage floor discipline effectively.
• Quality Control:
  Assist in checking fabric quality during the dyeing and finishing stages.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production
• Diploma in Textile Engineering

Additional Requirements

• No prior experience required ( Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply )
• Attitude: Must have a "Can-Do" attitude and willingness to work on the factory floor (not just a desk job).
• Tech Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel is mandatory (for reporting).
• Adaptability: Must be willing to work in shifts if required during the training period.
• Strong communication and leadership potential.
