Senior Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Job Description / Responsibility

• Prepare, review, and manage
  BOQs, cost estimates, and project budgets
  .
• Monitor and control
  project costs
  and prepare
  client and subcontractor bills
  .
• Prepare IPC (Interim Payment Certificate).
• Measure work done and handle
  variations, claims, and final accounts
  .
• Review and prepare
  BBS (Bar Bending Schedule)
  , rate analysis, and material reconciliation.
• Coordinate with
  project managers, site engineers, and planning teams
  for cost and progress control.
• Prepare
  monthly cost reports
  and provide financial input to management.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
• Diploma in Civil

Experience Requirements

• At least 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• Trading or Export/Import,Engineering Firms

Additional Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  is required.
• Candidates with experience working with
  multinational companies
  will be
  prioritized
  .
• Immediate joining is required.
