Karnaphuli Automobiles Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and visionary
Sr. General Manager
to lead our strategic, operational, and commercial functions. This top-level role requires an experienced leader with strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and proven success in sales & marketing—preferably in the lubricant or petroleum-related industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive leadership and guide the organization's strategic direction.
  • Oversee all operational activities in line with company goals and financial objectives.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales & marketing strategies to drive growth.
  • Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve business targets.
  • Plan and execute marketing, branding, activation, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends, conduct research, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.
  • Manage financial performance, forecasts, and commercial functions.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain and other departments for smooth operations.
  • Support business development initiatives, including new product trials and testing.

Educational Requirements

  • BSc in Chemical Engineering, Petroleum & Mineral Resource Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
  • MBA in Marketing & Sales or a relevant field

Additional Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in sales & leadership (lubricant industry preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of petroleum-based product project management
  • Established relationships with relevant Government entities
  • Excellent leadership, communication & interpersonal skills
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical ability
  • Ability to work independently and travel when needed

Experience

At least 15 years of relevant experience

Salary Range

BDT 150,000 – 200,000
