Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Country Manager, based in Dhaka or Chattogram. The Country Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, developing and managing key client relationships, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and representing the company at trade events. Core responsibilities include coordinating trade service activities, conducting market research, identifying business opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to sustain and grow the company's regional presence.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Market Research, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong Leadership, Team Management, and Decision-Making Skills
  • Proficiency in Logistics Coordination, International Trade, and Supply Chain Management
  • Expertise in Negotiation, Brand Management, and Marketing Strategy
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
  • Familiarity with trade compliance and customs regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Prior experience working in the manufacturing, B2B trade, or logistics sectors is highly desirable
