Medical Tourism Counsellor
to join our team and help clients receive the care they deserve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide consultations to clients seeking medical treatment abroad.
• Coordinate with international hospitals, doctors, and service partners.
• Guide clients through treatment options, estimated costs, travel plans, and documentation.
• Maintain regular communication with patients and their families.
• Manage case files, follow up on appointments, and ensure timely updates.
• Build and maintain client relationships with empathy and professionalism.
• Support marketing and promotional activities related to medical tourism.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Healthcare/Science background preferred).
• MBBS from China will get extra preference.
• 1–3 years of experience in counselling, customer service, or healthcare support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive medical information with confidentiality.
• Comfortable working with international clients and time zones.
• Good command of English and Bangla (spoken & written).
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology is an added advantage.
