Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Support Specialist located in Dhaka. The IT Support Specialist will handle tasks including troubleshooting technical issues, providing help desk support to employees, managing and maintaining desktop computers, and offering general IT solutions to ensure smooth operations. The role requires timely responses to IT service requests and ensuring system functionality across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Technical Support and providing effective Help Desk Support
  • Strong skills in Troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues
  • Experience in managing and maintaining Desktop Computers
  • Solid foundation in Information Technology and related systems
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate clearly in a team environment
  • Familiarity with hardware and software installation and maintenance is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Relevant certification (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) is a plus
