Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Techno Functional Consultant (Odoo) based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The consultant will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying requirements, and configuring Odoo ERP solutions to meet business needs. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting requirements gathering, providing functional consultancy, collaborating with stakeholders to customize solutions, and delivering training and support to end-users. The role also involves troubleshooting issues and ensuring efficient ERP implementations aligned with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating business requirements and creating effective ERP solutions
- Excellent Communication skills for liaising with stakeholders, conducting training, and presenting solutions
- Experience in working with Business Processes and understanding organizational workflows
- Proficiency in Consulting and providing functional support for ERP solutions
- Fundamental knowledge and application of Finance processes, including accounting and reporting
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Previous experience with Odoo ERP is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
