Job Description / Responsibility

  • Investigating and resolving production issues.
  • Responding to escalated customer support inquiries.
  • Conducting root-cause analysis of production errors.
  • Developing operational automation software.
  • Writing scripts for monitoring integrations.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
  • Skills Required: C#, MS SQL Server , JavaScript, RESTful API, ASP.NET Core, middleware, Entity Framework Core, AgileScrum

Experience Requirements

  • 1 to 2 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Software Company
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.
