Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Distribution Specialist, based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. In this role, the Distribution Specialist will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating product distribution, and ensuring that goods are delivered efficiently and on time. Day-to-day tasks will include overseeing inventory control processes, managing relationships with customers, ensuring compliance with company standards, and collaborating with sales teams. The role also involves effective communication with various stakeholders to maintain operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Distribution and Inventory Control to ensure seamless logistics and stock management
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for building strong relationships and addressing client needs
  • Experience in Sales with the ability to collaborate with sales teams and contribute to optimizing distribution channels
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in using distribution and inventory management software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
