is looking for
Medical Assistant
Job Description / Responsibility
- To provide first aid treatment and primary management of regular sick and emergency patient by taking necessary action as instructed by Medical officer.
- To provide primary management of different types of injuries i.e., cut injury, traumatic injury, burn injury, chemical injury etc. Should be capable of giving stitches, major dressings, minor sprain plaster as per requirement.
- To maintain various types of registrar (Both soft copy in medical software and hard copy) related to medical center and compliance.
- Assist to prepare monthly sickness reports, injury report, medicine issue report etc.
- To prepare monthly medicine requisition as per requirement.
- Must have to have computer literacy (Basic as well as Medical software management).
- Primary checking of medical bills for submission to Medical Officer.
- To keep record of medical expenses.
- To maintain the data of factory workers after any kind of Health care awareness program.
- To maintain all the medical equipment (In autoclave machine) by sterilizing regularly.
- To assist Medical Officer when required i.e., providing age verification and fitness certificate at the time of recruitment.
- To be capable of managing challenging occurrences in emergency injury cases very much sophisticatedly, confidently and smartly.
- Any other tasks assigned by Medical officer and Management.
Educational Requirements
- 4 years Diploma in Medical Faculty (Group - MATS) from recognized Institutions.
- Must have BMDC Registration number as Medical Assistant.
Experience Requirements
- At least 3 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Telecommunication, Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry),IT Enabled Service, Engineering Firms, Group of Companies, Cement Industry,Steel,Battery, Storage cell,Power
Additional Requirements
- Excellent personal behavior.
- Self-motivated, time management skill; must possess the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office.
