Key Responsibilities

  • Media Buying & Digital Marketing Knowledge:
    Possess knowledge of media buying strategies and digital marketing practices to support client campaigns effectively.
  • Client Communication:
    Act as the main point of contact for international clients, ensuring clear and professional communication through emails, virtual meetings, and updates.
  • Project Coordination
    : Handle client feedback, relay their requirements to the relevant internal teams, and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Presentation & Reports
    : Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and visuals using PowerPoint, Canva, or other graphic design tools.
  • Creative Support:
    Design basic graphics and visuals to enhance presentations and documents.
  • Feedback Management:
    Gather and analyze client feedback to improve services and maintain excellent relationships.
  • Timely Coordination
    : Work during the assigned hours to ensure smooth communication and project progress with clients in different time zones.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Proven fluency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva, and other graphic design or visual communication tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity.
  • A well-equipped workspace and a reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Previous experience in client relationship management or a related role will be an advantage.

Job details

  • Office workdays: Monday to Friday (5 Days); subject to periodic changes based on project requirements.
  • Office working hours: 06:00 am to 3:00 pm (1 hour break)
  • Office location: Work From Home (Remote).
