We're looking for an Experienced Creative Designer who's not just great with design, but also knows how to tell a story visually. If you're confident working on your own and enjoy bringing smart design thinking into every project—you'll fit right in

What You'll Work On:

• Design creative assets for
  Instagram and LinkedIn campaigns (
  static and light motion graphics)
• Work with founders to translate brand guidelines into
  scroll-stopping social graphics
  and clean, clear visuals
• Develop asset templates so we can iterate quickly on future campaigns
• Develop
  creative slide layouts and storytelling concepts
  that simplify complex ideas
• Ensure consistency across all marketing and web touchpoints
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to
  create cohesive visuals
  that align with brand identity.
• Maintain visual consistency
  across all projects while bringing fresh ideas to the table.
• Deliver
  quality work
  with quick turnaround times.
• Manage
  multiple design projects simultaneously
  while maintaining attention to detail.
• Revise and refine designs based on stakeholder feedback and project requirements.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong portfolio with marketing-focused design work
• Proficiency in
  Figma
  (preferred) Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), or similar tools (Sketch, Adobe XD)
• Strong skills in
  typography, layout design
  , and a solid sense of aesthetics
• Experience
  creating paid ads
  and campaign imagery for social platforms
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy and brand consistency
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and a flair for
  visual storytelling
  .
• Ability to turn boring content into powerful visuals
• Great at
  visual communication

• Must have access to a computer or laptop capable of running smoothly & efficiently.

Nice to have:

• Experience with light motion design (GIFs, short animations)
• A
  minimum of 1 years of experience
  as a Creative Designer or in a similar design role. (Agency experience is a plus)
• Strong understanding of
  branding, marketing, and visual storytelling.
• Basic knowledge of UX/UI design principles for digital platforms.
