• We are looking for a passionate and experienced
  Full Stack Developer
  to produce scalable
  SaaS
  solutions. You'll be part of a cross-functional team that's responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.
• As a Full Stack Developer, you should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks, and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable SaaS applications with a focus on performance, security, and reliability.
• Design and implement microservices-based architecture to support multi-tenant environments.
• Build responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces ensuring a seamless user experience across devices.
• Develop and optimize cloud-based back-end services for high availability and scalability.
• Create and manage APIs to facilitate secure and efficient data exchange between services and external integrations.
• Ensure robust authentication, authorization, and data protection using industry-standard security practices.
• Work with DevOps team to implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline development, testing, and deployment processes.
• Optimize database performance and data storage solutions for scalability and efficiency.
• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive improvements.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, following best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (AI team, DevOps, UI/UX designers, product managers) to deliver high-quality SaaS features.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies to continuously enhance the SaaS platform's capabilities.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Master of Science (MSc) in Statistics

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 4-6 years experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role

Must Have Requirements

Backend:

• Expertise in
  
  frameworks
• Strong experience with
  RESTful APIs & GraphQL
• Knowledge of
  microservices architecture
  for building scalable applications
• Hands-on experience with
  authentication & authorization (OAuth2, JWT, SSO, OIDC)
• Experience in
  WebSockets, real-time communication
  , and event-driven architectures
• Experience with
  SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
  and
  NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis)
• Strong knowledge of
  database optimization, indexing, and performance tuning
• Experience with
  multi-tenant database design
• Understanding of
  data migration, replication, and backup strategies
• Experience in integrating
  Stripe, PayPal
  , or similar payment platforms
• Experience with
  multi-tenant SaaS billing architecture
  .

Frontend:

• Deep expertise in
  
  and component-based architecture
• Experience with
  SSR & CSR
  for performance optimization
• Proficiency in
  HTML, CSS, TailwindCSS, Shadcn
  , and modern UI frameworks
• Strong knowledge of
  modern UI/UX design principles
  and user-centric development

Security & Performance:

• Deep knowledge of
  web security best practices
  (CORS, CSRF, XSS, SQL Injection prevention).
• Experience in
  rate limiting, API security, and DDoS mitigation
• Understanding of
  application performance optimization
  (caching, CDN, lazy loading)
• Experience with
  On-Page SEO
  and structured data for SaaS applications

• Baridhara DOHS, Dhaka, Bangladesh

Salary

• Within a range of BDT. 40,000 to BDT. 75,000 per month
