Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Owner at Stripe, located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Owner will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, making strategic decisions, leading business development efforts, managing financials, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Owner will also be responsible for team leadership and fostering a positive organizational culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, strategic planning, and financial management
• Leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to make strategic decisions and solve problems effectively
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and legal requirements
• Experience in the technology or fintech industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA is preferred
