Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Compliance Specialist located in Sylhet, Bangladesh. The Compliance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, managing compliance processes, and evaluating organizational practices. Daily tasks include monitoring legal and regulatory updates, analyzing compliance risks, and implementing strategies to uphold legal standards. The role also involves clear communication with internal teams to maintain compliance and uphold ethical guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Compliance Management, Regulatory Compliance, and Legal Compliance
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating risks and identifying solutions
- Excellent Communication skills for conveying compliance policies and collaborating with teams
- Detail-oriented and organized approach to compliance documentation and reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with education industry regulations is a plus
- Ability to work independently and maintain integrity in decision-making
