Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for a Telesales Executive located in Mohammad pur, Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with potential clients, providing excellent customer service, and closing sales. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, answering inquiries, and maintaining a customer database.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills
  • Excellent Customer Service and Customer Support abilities
  • Proven Lead Generation and Sales skills
  • Experience in telesales or a similar role
  • Ability to work in a team and handle pressure

Graduate or equivalent; higher education is beneficial
